Acontece que o prazo não foi cumprido e nova data foi estipulada ao elenco.

Em entrevista coletiva na tarde desta segunda-feira, no CT Rei Pelé, o lateral-esquerdo Felipe Jonatan falou sobre o tema. O jovem declarou que a diretoria conversou com elenco e tem o voto de confiança quanto ao novo prazo que, segundo o atleta, é nesta semana.

-A gente teve sim uma conversa com a diretoria, eles disseram que nesta semana vão regularizar tudo, então temos um voto de confiança na diretoria, que sempre foi leal com a gente. Eles passaram que neste semana estará tudo resolvido – afirmou o lateral.

Além de salários em atraso, há também necessidade de regularizar o pagamento de direitos de imagem do elenco. Segundo Carbone, também em declaração na última quinta-feira, o Peixe tem alguns recursos a receber e conta com eles para equacionar as dívidas pendentes com jogadores e funcionários.

“Son is a key part of what Harry Kane does because the defence has two things to think about. But when Son is not there the whole defence concentrates on Kane so it makes it harder for him.

“When Son is there the defence is more stretched because he is the runner. It gives Kane more space and time.

“Who is the real threat in behind when Son is not there? There isn’t one. Kane suffers when Son is not there. He is a big absence.”

The Verdict: Spurs sweat…

Taking this and Son’s brilliant 2020/2021 season into account, it’s safe to say Nuno Espirito Santo will be praying for the 29-year-old’s return to action on Sunday.

Indeed, the pair became the most prolific duo in a single Premier League campaign last season.

كشف مصطفى سعد لاعب فريق سموحة موقفه من العودة لصفوف الأهلي عقب نهاية فترة اعارته بختام الموسم الجاري.

وكان مصطفى سعد الشهير بـ “ميسي” قد انتقل إلى صفوف سموحة على سبيل الإعارة قادمًا من الأهلي خلال فترة الانتقالات الشتوية في يناير الماضي.

وقال مصطفى سعد في تصريحات تلفزيونية عبر قناة أون تايم سبورت: “حققنا فوزًا هامًا أمام إنبي، وكان يجب أن نضع سموحة في مكانه الطبيعي، وإن شاء الله نفوز بالمباراة القادمة”.

Kevin Pietersen has claimed that he almost missed England’s back-to-back Ashes series due to the knee injury he sustained in New Zealand.Pietersen bruised his right knee during fielding practice in New Zealand in the middle of March and, after being forced out of the tour, missed the return series in England, the entire IPL season and the Champions Trophy. He returned, for Surrey, on June 21.Now Pietersen has suggested he considered surgery to combat the injury and that, despite having recovered enough to play, he still suffers pain in the knee and will be obliged to continue rehabilitation on it for the rest of his career.”If I’d had surgery I’d have been out for nine months,” Pietersen said. “It was a big decision. My knee was a shambles. I could have had surgery but the Ashes means too much.”Everyone wants to play in the Ashes. Everyone who has ever played cricket wants to play in the Ashes. It’s the big stage.”I like to perform on the big stage when the team need me. I like to stand up and be counted. As an English or Australian player your career is defined in how you play in Ashes cricket.”I think I’ll be in rehab for the rest of my career with my knee. I still get pain sometimes. I have sore calves; I have sore hamstrings. I’m an old man. Apesar de ter iniciado a vitória sobre o Melgar, do Peru, pela Libertadores, na terça-feira, o goleiro se apresentará à Seleção Brasileira na semana que vem, consequentemente dando chances para Fernando Prass e Jailson se revezarem na meta alviverde contra a Ponte Preta, na quarta-feira, e na ida das quartas de final do Campeonato Paulista, caso o time confirme a classificação.

Marcos Rocha
O lateral-direito foi titular contra o Melgar, na terça-feira, pela Libertadores, e, por isso, Felipão deve manter seu rodízio na posição e dar oportunidade a Mayke. No Choque-Rei do fim do tabu palmeirense no Morumbi, Marcos Rocha se machucou e Mayke entrou em seu lugar, aos 29 minutos do primeiro tempo, sendo decisivo nos gols alviverdes.

Luan
O zagueiro é um dos três desfalques certos para o clássico. Luan sofreu estiramento na coxa esquerda diante do Santos, no último dia 23, e, dentro da programação divulgada pelo Palmeiras, a previsão mais otimista de volta é na semana que vem. Edu Dracena, poupado na terça-feira, deve jogar na vaga.

Gustavo Gómez
O paraguaio foi titular nos três últimos jogos, mas, apesar do desgaste físico, deve completar a quarta partida consecutiva. Gustavo Gómez foi convocado pela seleção e desfalcará o Palmeiras na semana que vem, o que deve fazer com que Felipão o utilize no Choque-Rei antes de dar sequência à dupla Edu Dracena e Antonio Carlos, únicos à disposição.

Victor Luis
Como deve ocorrer com Marcos Rocha, Victor Luis será reserva, provavelmente, por ter atuado integralmente na terça-feira. Diogo Barbosa deve ganhar a oportunidade no Choque-Rei, dentro do rodízio de Scolari.

Felipe Melo
É um dos cinco que foram titulares no último Choque-Rei e devem ser mantidos no time. Felipe Melo iniciou a partida contra o Melgar, na terça-feira, inclusive abrindo o placar da vitória por 3 a 0, mas saiu no fim do jogo e deve ganhar nova chance desde o começo para ser poupado na quarta-feira, contra a Ponte Preta, pela última rodada da primeira fase do Paulista.

Moisés
Era um dos desfalques certos até essa quinta-feira. Moisés foi suspenso pelo Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva de São Paulo por ter se envolvido em confusão com o zagueiro Gustavo Henrique, do Santos, no último dia 23, e cumpriria o jogo de gancho no clássico. Mas o Palmeiras conseguiu efeito suspensivo que libera o camisa 10 até que ocorra um novo julgamento do caso.

Lucas Lima
O meia é o único que foi titular no último Choque-Rei e que deve ficar fora somente por opção, não por conta do rodízio imposto por Felipão. Lucas Lima perdeu espaço com atuações apagadas nesta temporada e Ricardo Goulart deve ganhar a oportunidade de começar seu primeiro clássico como titular com a camisa do Palmeiras.

Hyoran
O meia-atacante é outro dos desfalques certos por um simples motivo: não está inscrito no Campeonato Paulista. Willian, que entrou no seu lugar no último Choque-Rei no Morumbi, está machucado. Gustavo Scarpa vem recebendo aprovações por seu desempenho na função e deve seguir no time.

Dudu
O atacante já tinha sido escalado no último Choque-Rei, apesar do rodízio de Felipão, exatamente por sua importância no elenco, e isso deve se repetir neste fim de semana. Em todos os jogos da temporada, Dudu só não foi titular uma vez, no último sábado, contra o Mirassol, por ser uma partida com curto intervalo entre duas partidas da Libertadores.

Deyverson
Outro dos três desfalques certos. Deyverson voltou a ser titular na terça-feira e fez o gol que fechou o placar da vitória por 3 a 0 sobre o Melgar. Mas, neste sábado, cumpre o último dos seis jogos da suspensão imposta pelo Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva de São Paulo por ter cuspido em Richard, do Corinthians, em 2 de fevereiro. Borja será o centroavante titular no Choque-Rei.

Aston Villa have suffered a big setback after confirmation that Argentina duo Emi Martinez and Emi Buendia are set to miss games after the international break.

What’s the story?

The Athletic revealed: “Argentina have confirmed they intend to keep their Premier League players for the entire international break — despite the quartet having to quarantine for 10 days on return.

“Premier League attempted to keep hold of their players who were going to be playing in red list countries due to concerns over quarantine. The current UK government rules state that anyone travelling into the country from a red list nation has to quarantine for 10 days at a government-approved hotel.

“There are no exemptions to this rule, and Argentina is a red-list country. As a result, Aston Villa’s Emiliano Martinez and Emiliano Buendia, and Tottenham’s Cristian Romero and Giovani Lo Celso will have to spend 10 days isolating when they return to England after the international break.”

Speaking about Villa in particular, The Athletic confirmed the latest news was a major setback for them, noting: “Villa broke away from the Premier League-wide agreement and said they would release their Argentinian duo for the first two games.

“It meant they would miss Villa’s game against Chelsea on September 11 but then return to action for the match at Everton on September 19. Argentina have now gone against Villa’s public statement. Martinez and Buendia are key members of Dean Smith’s side and their absence for two games will be a blow.”

Fans will be devastated

After the initial confirmation from Villa that they would give permission to the duo to join up with the Argentina squad for their first two games, it meant that the pair would only miss the match against Chelsea on September 11 before being available for the clash against Everton a week later.

However, Argentina boss Lionel Scaloni has confirmed that those players who were called up to his squad will remain for the entire allotment of three games, with their last match coming against Bolivia on September 10.

If Martinez and Buendia stay with Argentina until that match, and then have to spend ten days isolating, then not only would they absolutely miss the Chelsea and Everton clashes, but they would also be in serious doubt of missing the Carabao Cup clash against Thomas Tuchel’s side on September 22.

That’s not to mention that their training preparations will be affected, and Dean Smith will not be able to work with the pair. In Martinez’s case as a goalkeeper, that may not be too much of a concern, but for an attacking midfielder and new summer signing like in Buendia, that is something to worry Villa fans – in effect, the Manchester United game on September 25 may also be one too soon as well for the 24-year-old.

Whatever the case, reports that the duo now stand to miss at least two games (if not more) is sure to devastate Villa fans, who must make do without their first-choice goalkeeper and one of their star signings from the summer transfer window for longer than originally anticipated.
